Ómátyásföld is located in the 16th district of the eastern part of Budapest. It is a neighborhood that boasts its own Villa Quarter. The plan is to stroll around shady lanes to check out Art Nouveau and elegant eclectic villas, as well as its richly carved wooden-framed Alpine chalets. Most of the villas in the former vacation village, the inn, the baths, the ballroom, and the church are the work of Joseph Paulheim. One of the most famous villas is the Dozzi villa, built by Italian salami maker Giuseppe Dozzi, with its vines, flowers, and peacocks. Join us!
