They will have the opportunity to talk about their business and bring flyers\, name cards\, samples\, taste testers or whatever materials that will help spread the word. Please note that presenters will not be allowed to sell any products during the meeting. \n\n\n\nSo…. lets Explore! \n\n\n\nTime for our seasonal donation to the Salvation Army! \n\n\n\nWith the change of season upon us\, it’s time to declutter and organize our closets. As you go about this task\, kindly consider gathering all your gently worn\, seasonal (fall/winter) items and placing them in bags. You can bring these items to the upcoming October general meeting\, where they will be collected by a representative of the Salvation Army. In Budapest\, the Salvation Army runs halfway houses for both men and women\, as well as for mothers with children from abused homes. SUMMARY:Renoir at Szepmuveszeti Museum followed by Coffee & Chat
DESCRIPTION:This exhibition explores the relationship between Renoir and his models\, who inspired his art. The exhibition showcases a variety of pieces\, including drawings\, prints\, sculptures\, and approximately forty paintings\, among which are important works such as The Swing\, The Dance in the Country\, and Claude Renoir in Clown Costume.  \n\n\n\nFor the first time in Hungary\, visitors can see the artist’s evolution in chronological and thematic order\, including nearly thirty works by Renoir held at the Museum of Fine Arts. DESCRIPTION:We will be visiting the classic Gerbeaud Cukrászda. The coffeehouse has a rich history of over 150 years. During the 19th century\, Budapest was home to a thriving coffee house culture\, with almost every street having its own café. Gerbeaud set itself apart from the rest with its elegant décor and the wide variety of delicious cakes it offered. We will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of three traditional cakes\, along with coffee or tea and water in an atmosphere surrounded by silk-carpeted walls\, crystal chandeliers\, and gilded tables\, exuding a style that drew people from the highest social echelons of society.
