SUMMARY:Discovery Walk in Varosmajor
DESCRIPTION:We will embark on a discovery walk around this beautiful park\, which was once frequented by medieval King Matthias during his hunting trips. This area witnessed Swabian troops firing at Ottoman-controlled Buda and served as a retreat for the Hungarian elite around the turn of the century. Additionally\, it was home to the Gestapo in ornate villas. Our meandering trek through the Buda Hills will offer us panoramic views\, insights into literary history\, and a glimpse of the striking architecture from the Golden Age.
