Emilia has been immersed in Japanese culture for 20 years. She spent two years studying in Japan, organized trips to Japan for Europeans and trips to Europe for Japanese tourists, and has been teaching English and cooking in English to her Japanese students for many years.
She cooks Japanese food daily for her Japanese husband and their three growing boys. Living in Budapest, she has taken the opportunity to share the goodness and variety of Japanese cooking with other expats. If you would like to learn how to cook a few Japanese dishes other than sushi, using ingredients sourced from Hungarian markets, join us!
