We will be offering a cooking class on January 15 after the Christmas season, (12 days and all that). So in light of the party packed month, with all the dinners and rich celebratory foods, we are doing a traditional Minestrone soup by our own Marilena along with a couple of her little Italian finger foods. It is the season for warm soups after all. It promises to be a fantastically comforting lunch. Places are limited.
