Cooking for Charity

Join us for a charity fundraiser at one of our member’s place, where we’ll prepare Transylvanian cabbage rolls and enjoy a delicious lunch.

The proceeds from the event will go towards providing candies and smiles to the patients of a local hospital as well as the staff working at the institutions we support. The remaining amount will be utilized to buy fruit for the residents of the senior homes.
 
Participants will receive tea, coffee, and refreshments upon arrival and will get hands-on experience in making sarmale. The fruit of their labor will be packaged and taken home to be cooked for their families. The class will conclude with a lunch of sarmale and polenta, wine, and dessert, which will be prepared beforehand by our hostess.
