Adopt-a-Granny

We hope to see you at our next Adopt-A-Granny event, which celebrates the love and friendship between the children of the orphanage and their “adoptive grandparents” from the senior home that we sponsor.

This event will take place on Valentine’s Day, where NAWA will treat the kids and seniors to lunch. During this fun-filled event, the children and seniors will color, write, and exchange Valentine’s cards, play trivia and a game of Bingo. To close the event, the children will have the opportunity to smash a piñata.

We would appreciate your help in pre-cutting the craft materials at the general meeting on February 13th, donating wrapped candy to fill the piñata, and baking cookies for the event.
